FOUNDER
Francisco has 15+ years of experience in brand management, multifunctional team leadership and organization/business turnaround, most of them spent with Procter & Gamble in marketing, sales and general management roles.
​
He completed a variety of assignments across different business units, in both headquarters and local markets. In his last role, at director level, he was overseeing P&G Fabric Care business across Sub-Saharan Africa, based out of Nairobi and Lagos.
​
Francisco's key skills are: product innovation, brand launch in new markets, financial planning (incl. P&L), ad/campaign management, consumer research and local talent development.

His mostly recognized core strengths include: strategic thinking, decisiveness and operating with discipline. At heart, Francisco is an experience seeker with strong bias towards action.
